I think your handles are on the wrong way and your also not supposed to control the sand with the valve on the handle. The sand is supposed to be controlled with the valve on the bottom of the tank and the valve on the handle is always supposed to be quick on or quick off. The reason you had the blow out is because you are throttling the sand and air with the valve on the "handle". The instructions indicate multiple times that you will wear out the valve really quickly and cause a blow out if you try to throttle it with that valve.

Dude. For bellhousing bolts just remove your cross member first then you can drop the end down quite a bit and makes access way easier. Then use a 24-36" 3/8" extension with a wobble socket and air impact. Keep the battery shit in the toolbox where it belongs.
