About agencies you have to do your own research to get a good one.

At the age of 40 if you are in Germany you still have 25 years to offer your service in the work market. If you are outside Germany & you get an FSJ contract the visa will depend on the issuing officer. Since you have 1 year of FSJ them 3 years to do an Ausbildung (working & training) then join the full time working nation.

Yes you can apply if you have B1 Germany language certificate.

The au pair thing is still real, but family’s don’t just pick people like before. You can apply a million times so long as the kids& the host family don’t pick you forget. Being picked depends on the families taste.

If are a professional with a contract in that company. They could stand for your finances for a certain period of time regarding your services to them.

İs a letter from company that says “as a company we stand this students finances” enough? Or maybe they need to go ausländerbehörde, the problem is it’s really difficult to get an appointment from them.
