Soft M&M’s crumble cookies
Recipe:
Ingredients
Cookies
- all-purpose flour (255g)
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/4 tsp salt
-unsalted butter, softened (141g)
-granulated sugar (100g)
-light brown sugar (71g)
-1 egg, room temperature
- vanilla sugar
-sprinkles
-m&m's
Cream cheese frosting
cream cheese, softened (170g)
unsalted butter, softened (70g)
-vanilla sugar
-Pinch of salt
powdered sugar(110g)
Instructions
For the cookies:
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. In a large bowl beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the egg. Mix until combined.
4. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
5. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
6. Fold in the sprinkles and m&m's.
7.Shape the cookies Press down on each cookie dough to flatten them out a bit. Bake for about 9-11 minutes. Let the cookies cool before frosting.
For the cream cheese frosting:
1. In a bowl beat the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth and combined.
2. Add the powdered sugar and mix until combined.
3. Add the frosting to a piping bag and pipe a swirl on the cookies. Add some more sprinkles on top.

Detailed recipe in the previous video ❤ 320 ml warm milk 70g sugar 9 g dry yeast 1 egg (room temperature) 60g melted butter (Warm) 540-560g flour 300-350g jam In a big bowl mix together warm milk, sugar and yeast. Let it rest 10 minutes. Add one egg (room temperature) and melted but NOT HOT butter and mix well. Add flour in two times, mixing after each. Knead the sticky dough with hands and let it proof 1 hour in a warm place. Divide the dough into halves. Roll one half into the big circle, place it on the baking sheet (and tray) and cover gently with jam. Roll another half into the precisely same circle and cover the other half. Place a cup or something round in the center and start cutting the dough as I showed in the video. It should be 16 cut lines which you should curve and stick together creating 8 big snowflakes curls. Let it proof another 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with mixed egg. Bake in the preheated to 180C oven 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar in the end and enjoy.

Chop butter buiscuits into fine crumbs, melt butter in the microwave(about 10-15 sec) or on a water bath. Mix butter with buiscuits. Spread into the mold. 2. Beat cream cheese, cream and powdered sugar until thickened. 3. Mix puffed rice cereal with condensed milk. 4. Pour water into gelatin and wait 5 minutes. Melt in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Add the liquid gelatin to the cream mixture, then add the condensed milk with the cereals. 5. Place the mixture in a mold and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours. 6. After the time has elapsed, warm the cream well and add to the chocolate, pour the glaze over the cheesecake. The cheesecake can be eaten immediately, but it is better to let it stand for a couple more hours in the refrigerator. 7. decorate as desired.
