Sorry for the late response, 70 ID will definitely work if it says 70.5. For the height you will have to decide whether to go 7in or 8in. I talk about the height of the spring at 16:50. For spring rates idk anything about LS430s I would check out what coilovers have the best reviews for them and find out what they are running for spring rates. I did my spring rates based on how the car drove and happened to be right. Hope this helps and wish you luck!

Yea not looking to change my preload, now that the wheels have travel again the coilovers have been more responsive with the height

19 by 11 +15 255 35, at this height I am no longer rubbing granted my tire is shaved now, camber is also maxed out on stock arms hope this helps lol definitely drive her hard so it works

Delete too much restriction and it will cause loss of torque. Driven a stock one no cats, open headers, and now this one. Haven’t experienced loss of power but definitely felt less torque with open headers lol.
