Advanced fully automatic assembly line by VARO Machinery.
Four collaborative robots work seamlessly together to automatically assemble products, taking parts from various locations. This state-of-the-art assembly line features a fully automatic servo-driven table, torque monitoring for precise nut pre-tensioning, and multifunctional grippers on the robots.
The robots execute over 30+ pick positions per cycle. With machine learning integrated into the process, the line includes lid placement after leakage testing and fully automatic packaging and palletizing.
