The Toastmaster of the meeting serves as the Master or Mistress of ceremoney. The Toastmaster sets the tone of the meeting.

The timer ensure that we have a timely and efficient meeting.

The Table Topics Master conducts the “Impromptu Speaking” part of the meting. If you are the Table Topics Master, you prepare and issue the topics to members during the session. Each Table Topic lasts from 1 - 2 minutes. Table Topics also gives members practice in quick thinking and speaking off the cuff.

The Ballot Counter is responsible for collecting and counting the ballots at a club meeting to determine the meetings Best Speaker, Best Evaluator, and Best Table Topic Speaker

The general evaluator's role in the meeting is to give a "general" evaluation of the club meeting as well as individual evaluations of the speech evaluators and leadership team. For example, if the meeting started on time, the atmosphere and environment of the meeting, and what each evaluator did well along with areas of improvement.
