Not really a nuzlocke variant though, if you can just encounter as many Pokémon as you want per route.
@@Echiewel eh I look at it more like a mono type run where you can plan your encounters from the start. There’s still permadeath so it has the main restriction of a nuzlocke. And besides this is a pretty new concept so it’s not gonna be perfect, can always make tweaks for the future. Good interesting baseline concept at least though right.

New standard is to use hacked in rare candies to power level up your mons, takes away the mindless grinding and makes it easier to prepare
