Legion Wins! When did Jack the Ripper become a legionary? Seriously, there's so many dead pro*tit*tes on the strip....
I subscribe to the theory that Caesar will name The Courier his heir and successor. Nobody, not even Lanius himself wants him as leader of The Legion. Putting The Courier on Legion currency is a big deal. Doing this also prevents The Courier from attempting a coup because after Hoover Dam The Courier would seem like a god to soldiers and slaves alike.

3:56 I was actually so surprised by this when I first beat the game 2 days ago. I not only realized while watching the cinematic that I should've finished everything in the game before ending it, I had no idea that the battle of hoover dam actually ended the game. Wow.
