Luxury is repeatedly used in place of "modern". This is just a modern home in an overpriced neighborhood so it's extra expensive. This is a very expensive, modern home.
Not so sure about that. We define a luxury home as a home that is above and beyond the average… wouldn’t you think that having things like a walk-in closet, twice as much square footage as a standard Philly home (because it’s 5’ wider than the average home), high end appliances, and other amenities like that a luxury?
You’re gonna see a drop in housing
Not necessarily in Philly. Historically, Philadelphia has remained even and steady while the rest of the nation experienced the ebbs and flows of the economy.
