the homecomming is a great episode. finaly we learn why maomao is the way she is. she isn't just smart because MC. she is that way because her dad is that way. he is even smarter when solving puzzlels. in the end all is topped by jishi loosing his mind over her phrase of wordings

It's not that she's dense, it's just that it is so far out of the realm of possibilities for her that she doesn't even give it a second thought. She doesn't even realize Jinshi could see her that way, because of his status and the fact that he is so attractive.

Gintama is a masterpiece. Easily top 1 anime of all time. It is mostly comedy but it can get serious and when it does it hits you harder because you didn't expect it

Also dowager means a widow basically, so the empress dowager is the current emperor’s mother ( she is a dowager since the the old emperor is dead)

definitely should react eureka seven opening 1 it’s the same group that does the first code geass opening Flow and it’s amazing and definitely worth the watch and react to

my heart gets warm and fuzzy just thinking about gintama. it's very dear to me, but i always feel reluctant about recommending it to react channels. it's quite long and because there are a lot of characters it takes a while before you get to know them all. the characters are everything. the format of the show is episodic mixed with small arcs that are a few episodes long. the single episodes tend to be comedic while the arcs are more serious, and some of those more serious arcs are insanely good. the arcs also do have comedic moments here and there because of the personality of the characters, so comedy is a red line through the entire show, that can't be denied. op 5 and ed 8 are my favorites btw :)

Death parade is actually super wholesome, we, the fans, love joking around saying that it's mega dark and that the song is deceptive to get people to watch it thinking it's going to take a dark turn but it never does (although at the end you will understand why we all make that joke) Why am i ruining the joke?
