So way back when they first sold these...I bought one. It was my first "real" watch. I was pretty proud of the water resistance. However, after a water skiing wipe out...I came up without the watch. 35 years later...just out of sentimentality...I got another...and all of it works. I will not be in the lake with it however😂

How high quality is the bracelet itself?

When casio was making quality watch all in steel,i have some casio from 1980 who works perfectly...

Just a video idea , I’d love to learn more about pusher and screw down back design design difference between a Casio 200m/100m/50m vs an “water resistant “ f91w or similar . That white dial qw02 is really cool! Must be really rare, as well. Can't even find any pictures of that watch online. Wonder how many of those are out there from 1974?

I had to buy it as I was born in 1978 so got the silver version and I love it, the bracelet is actualy fairly easy to adjust and I have worn it in the shower many times with no issues. The way it reflects the light in different conditions is amazing and I like the retro amber back light which works well.

After finishing this I checked again and the LED backlight was working fine, I just couldn't see it while I was looking in the light box from behind the camera. Also called the light box a vent hood twice... 😅
