I have had horrible and dangerous experiences with safety, drivers who don’t speak English, attempted drops offs at incorrect addresses in gang territory and drivers “waiting “ at same addresses without driving away immediately, while attempting to wait for something. There is NO WAY to contact Lyft, so I’m contacting the police department to have them investigated and my attorney instead.

Actually as a seller that doesn't really bother me that much. What bothers me are the people who ask me if something is still available and I respond that it is and then silence...they don't inquire anymore about it. Why ask me if it's available if you're not really interested?? This happens all the time.
