Yer I forgot to film it if you got a new axle senor you have to get a new display aswell as the new sensor don't work with the old displays if that makes sense

How do you change the drum on a belle diesel cement mixer with a yanmar engine please
What I do is get a strap round it and pull it the opposite way the drum turns that should undo it

Yes had the radiator recorded fitted it back on and ran her up for well over an hour dumped the water out then put proper coolnet in it
Can you confirm Grade of oil for the gear box and also for the engine oil
80/90 for gear box and engine I put 15/40 in them

The Battery relay what happens if you join both terminals together? Does it start when you jump start it ? .. I’ll have a look at a schematic today I was an apprentice when the solars went onto DX’s

Yoy get the oil warm to get any bits of muck out the bottom of it
We have almost same problem. It lift only about 2 ton and first green light on and then fault.. how lsi calibrate 😅
There will be no more videos on this customer kicked up saying it didnt need a rebuild and it was just a blocked radiator would love to know how a blocked radiator puts water in the sump

Perkins rubbish, 1004 is it?. did you pressure test the cooling system before spannering?.does it have an Engine oil cooler fitted?. Looks like water into the cylinder and water getting into the sump. Injector sleeves?, can't remember if that Engine is wet or dry Cylinder Liners.
Those engines let water through engine front timing cover aluminium

I always drop the sump first when there’s water in the oil usually points you in the right direction. Not sure if you can drop the sump in situ with that vehicle though. Great video be interesting to see the outcome ⚙️🔧
No have to take engine out to drop the sump on it

Could be the forward and reverse leaver they are common on them aswell
@@ashajplantsupport3124 thanks A J for replying that was changed think maybe clutch . before it stopped it would beep and jolt off then go again .
They are clutch packs in the gearbox have to have good oil pressure to make them work
