I will show you how I paint models and the techniques that I use. I will take you on layout tours, go to train shows. Work on layout scenery and look at scenery projects on other layouts. I will take you when I go to train museums and train rides. In the very near future I will be building a hollow core layout. Plus visit local(ish) hobby shops and promote their shops. So think about subscribing and come along.

Running my quartet of Baldwin “Sharks”. These are my ER Models Baldwin “Sharks” in New York Central. These are great runners, however they are slow more to scale speed I would imagine. These are DC so I am not sure they would be with DCC. These things are tractors though for pulling power. Their level of detail is amazing for who made them, “Bachmann” Anyway enjoy.

I painted a Union Pacific GP-30b for a friend. I don’t know who done the shell, but Randy Gufstason made the brass handrails. It is on a standard GP-30 chassis.

Or, in 10 seconds you can just lift the body straight up and off, starting at the rear.

I personally would file the coupler box instead
You could certainly do that, but it has been my experience that as soon as you start to mess with that box it comes apart and the spring goes to the winds and now you have a new problem.

Save the springs unless you have tbousands like me,this is a installation where a MT tweezer comes in handy,file the coupler box,not the body shell,IMHO

The kit is a Micro-Trains 2000-1 kit, 1128 for the rear and 2004 for the front.
