I have been there on March 17. It is very indeed very cold but it's very soothing with no pollution and breathtaking views are treat to watch and experience. There was a sand desert which is also the highlight of the region aong with 2hump camels. Must visit to experience the calmness and cold

though this valley is beautiful like other baltistan region but as a adventure journey incomplete without gilgit baltistan bcz most beautiful valleys and mountains are in Pakistan like hunza is historical capital of this whole region and world famous tourist destination too.

Man, this is why I love Sikhs! The spirit of service- seva and langar and the concept of self-sacrifice is the foundation stone of this religion. I simply cannot tell you how much I respect this religion- not because of the holy books or understanding the philosophy but because of seeing the religion in action. I had gone to Harmandir sahib and got a chance to carry the palki and I loved the whole place- no matter what happens, I hope this religion retains its simplicity and values. Great video
