How long have you known you’ve had CF and been getting treatments? And also, are these treatments draining on you mentally or physically?
I have Cf as well. One thing that you may want to try is exercise while using the hypertonic saline. I do curl ups, dumbbell bench press, squats and some other exercises that can be done during that time. It really clears up the mucus and gets it out. Beezrathashem.org
