Hiking Peak 6 at Breckenridge, Skiing ESP
I skied there one year and we got so much power snowboarders couldn’t even board. It was the best day on the mountain ever
Looks sick, going in two weeks
I was born here and I’m a teenager aka a real local and I love skiing the peak and the whole mountain
Chi sei tu la fogna
I can’t wait
Crushed it. Great footage.
Thanks for posting. Visited CB 20 years ago. Remember those exact runs. Fantastic memories. So cool.
First time in snow from the Caribbean 😅😅
I did this with no ski lesson 😅😅
You know it’s good when grown men turn into Mickey Mouse 😂
🔥
Nice
'Promo SM' 🙌
Great video! How do i contact you for the ski goggles review? Garrett
I grew up in CB and haven't been to the top of CB mountain but have been to the top of most all of the other mountains in the area.
What camera and settings is this? Insane views
Thanks! All the POV skiing slips are with an insta360 X3.
Almost hit that dude just standing there in wide open terrain…
A friend!
Don’t worry they’re in a heavily populated area with people much is gonna happen so now on I had to work come out where I live out in the bush. That’s a real camping out there but you’re gonna need some weapons so spray is not gonna cut it.
The crowds there are ridiculous
GAPER
What a beautiful day
Yes it was!
Thinking about skiing the peak, last time hit head wall but relatively new to double black skiing, it looked like a hard hike. The face of the peak didn’t look too difficult and pretty open? How would you rate it compared to headwall ?
It's very doable! The hike is pretty long / strenuous, but the ride down from the top was not too extreme. No danger of falling into rocks, at least. The views from the top alone make it worth it.
great content
Thanks!

Bro is just sloughin up all the powder
YOU WERE FLOATING!!!!!!!!!
This made me wanna ski even more
“Stay hard” 😂
Awesome 😂😂😂
Great video! We ended up taking a wrong turn and ended up on headwall. We should have taken your route next to the high lift. Incredible experience all in all!
Next time!
Good job. Next time try turning.
Gnarly run Garrett!
ALL THEse PEOPLE NEED TO GET OUT OF YOU'RE WAY !!
What camera?
looks like an Insta360 w/ helmet mount
Yup, Insta360 x3
@@garrettsvideos4138 just got myself the Hero 10 for my vids.. How do you like the 360?
that, indeed was a fun run off of the Breckenridge T-bar
Absolutely nothing spectacular about skiing Pika. It’s a great run, but it’s the easiest run off the T-bar, by a long shot.
Bet you’re a blast at parties.
@@Six_Pointbet you get all excited when you make it down a blue run and only fall three times.
I think it’s a good run if you have gone up and down imperial many times that day and want something that won’t kill your legs but yes agreed, very esay
nice skiing man
poor man got sprayed soo hard XD this is happiness described in one video
Bumps suck. Get back on that blue and rip it
looking to go to breckenridge for spring break with the boys. How were the runs? Looks like a blast
its so bad go to vail instead
If you don’t ski a lot, Breck is great. Great family spot. Towns fun, lots of restaurant choices, from sushi to steaks, Italian. Breck has it all. If you’re an expert skier and looking for a ton of steeps, Brecks not your hill though. Yes, they do have some shots, but it’s really more geared for the family experience. I live in Crested Butte (34 years). If you want steeps and back country feel, come here.
Breck is a blast. Lots of fun hikes you can do to get to different peaks, as well as some decent tree skiing and easier groomers. Fun base area and town. Definitely recommend the T-bar bar.
@@chase012100…y is it bad, if you think it’s to busy or to crowded hike up to the top or go down under e chair, some of the best expert/extream terrain in NA
tosser
Please do go into lines at CB without knowing where you're going. Unlike all other mountains in America, CB has lines that you can actually get killed if you mess up. It's a good thing you stayed on the line of Dead End because Bodybag has mandatory airs IN the line. There are several places at CB that you should at least look at from the bottom, or have a local guide you, before trying. Unless you are a professional skier, riding the nasty stuff at CB is a guaranteed way to head to a hospital. Glad you made it down safe and learned to not try that again. For future reference, stay clear of Bodybag, Edge, Upper Parachute, Lower Parachute, Highlife, High Exit, Good Luck Glades, and Fredos unless you are comfortable on eagles above 50 degrees that have mandatory drops inside the run. Stay safe.
Thanks for the comment. I had a relative, who has lived in CB for 30+ years, taking us around as a guide.
@@garrettsvideos4138 that relative should have guided you over to Leaning Tree Chute (which is what you slid into at the very end on the right of Dead End) or further right to Lower Phoenix. Bodybag is the line far left of where you were in the trees with cliffs in it and Dead Bob's is the chute to skiers left of Bodybag. Dead Bob's would have been a good line for you to try and then cut hard right to have a look at Bodybag and Dead-end. Stay safe.
You skied leaning tree chute and made it harder than just airing off dead end.
Did you guys work during this period? Do you still live out there?
We worked remote for the 3 months before moving back home.
That was fun! Inspiring even! Great job getting all the footage. You had some great snow there. Praying to bring it back...
CB is amazing
So you skied almost from the top.
Whew, some gnarly moments get to the funnel.
It is always a good idea to ski the top alone, that way when you get hurt the wolves can eat you without anyone watching.
Seems like every vid I see like this they’re alone 😭 I don’t get it
Not everyone lives in fear. Man up
Nice job! looks like fun up there.
I always carry a large caliber handgun in the wilderness.
