Interesting discussion. Some questions: 1) WHICH model Xelero shoe is shown in the video? 2) For the last 2 years I have been recovering from Insertional Achilles Tendonitis/Bursitis with a Haglund's Bump. My podiatrist said that Hokas, MBT and rocker bottom shoes in general would not be good for me and would put strain on the Achilles, possibly setting me up for further injury. I DO NOT want to go through that again! Would this Xelero shoe put more strain on the Achilles? 3) I tried New Balance 928v3 which have a forefoot rocker and Brooks Addiction Walker. With both of these, within 2 weeks or less, I developed new knee pain (which I never had before) and low back/hip pain. In taking stress off the foot, would the Xelero shoes likely have the same effect -- shifting stress to the knees and hips, like the New Balance 928 and Brooks Addiction Walker did? I would appreciate your thoughts and response. Thank you.

i'm with you on this,. i worked outside on my feet for 40 yrs and wish i knew about at least over the counter decent orthotics. i recently had a bad bout of plantar fasciitus but after treatment at the foot doctor and custom inserts things have vastly improved. i also have bunions but things are ok and i can walk the golf course.
