Italian Zuccotto - NAILED IT or FAILED IT???
Yesterday we celebrated Italian Spoon’s second birthday with Italian Zuccotto. Have we NAILED IT or FAILED IT???
This recipe almost didn’t make it as I forgot to line the Zuccotto bowl with plastic film. Always line the bowl with cling film. I repeat, always line the bowl with cling film. Luckily it all worked out!
Italian Spoon’s Zuccotto recipe has a delicious ricotta-based and chocolate mousse filling with an Alkermes liquor soaked Italian sponge. Try it today! You’ll want to invite your friends and family round for a slice!
