But I have a question! - I'm currently testing Dynamics 365 Sales app at my company, and I really want to test the Conversation Intelligence feature. - I'd like to use this feature with Teams calls, but isn't Teams calling only available with a paid subscription? - However, as an individual employee, I can't subscribe to a calling plan on my own. Is there any way I can test this feature for free? (Our Company has E5 license)

Only ever used Sales Force. Moving to a place using D365. I'm sure it gets smooth after a bit of use but it looks a lot more clunky and less clean than my SF experience would indicate.
