Vote for Change - Email in TO field
Working with emails within Dynamics is not always easy when all you see is a display name in the TO field. Names don't indicate where individuals work, or that you are actually talking to the correct contact within that organization. With a simple fix we could display email addresses together wit the name, so that the information flow is a little better.
Let's see if we can make this a possibility in Dynamics someday! 😊💪🏼💯

    The hierarchy thing may tempt a lot os users to create unmaintainable structures. So no vote for me😅

      Just to clarify.. The vote is just for keeping a visual hierarchy in Dynamics. My video is just a suggestion on how to solve it. The structure is there with parent/child account, but soon it is now longer visible. Just for the record, I am not suggesting the drag and drop. I am just saying that the visual component is already made, and we could reuse it on account, but with a few limitations (like prevent the drag and drop) :)

    Very Nice! But I have a question! - I'm currently testing Dynamics 365 Sales app at my company, and I really want to test the Conversation Intelligence feature. - I'd like to use this feature with Teams calls, but isn't Teams calling only available with a paid subscription? - However, as an individual employee, I can't subscribe to a calling plan on my own. Is there any way I can test this feature for free? (Our Company has E5 license)

    Only ever used Sales Force. Moving to a place using D365. I'm sure it gets smooth after a bit of use but it looks a lot more clunky and less clean than my SF experience would indicate.

    Thomas you are helping a lot of people out!! Thank you!! I hope server side automated roll up column is on your schedule!! I'm done with out of the box roll up column and I am creating my own power automate flow using fetchxml, but it's very slow in regards to user experience ( Async + power automate lag) I really hope I can do this in plugin!!!!

      After this series on the Plugin Basics I will release an example where I show how to sum up Child to Parent values :) It will be synchronous, so I hope this is what you are looking for!

      @@crmkeeper can I ask a question (I can't find the answer on ms knowledge), since people said server side logic is synchronised, does that means if c# plugin will be executed when on save event (a record changed or something like that), then it will execute and as soon as the value is ready, it will be push straight away to the client side? Just like power fx calculate column, when you change a dependent value, the calculated column will be refresh as soon as you saved and the calculation is done? (Rather click once on save, and pray for calculation is completed, and than refresh again manual then you can get the updated results)?

      I'm not 100% sure how Power FX Calculate columns work, but Plugins are instant if you add them synchronously. This means that the user sees the change immediately without having to refresh. There are ways to do plugins async, but I don't cover that in my video:). @@kpr_drone4888

    Could you do a video omnichannel set up and deepen configure to voice call center set up/configure how to use like only puttons 123456 or also voicebot automation when customer calling and need to maybe transfer to other skill agent like finance, or support or customer service agent or do you have tip where i find that whole tutorial?       Are you sure that you have the base Custome Service from Microsoft installed? I recently tested this out again with the latest version from GitHub and no problems@@mertozturk5188

      @@crmkeeper Hi Thomas, The solution file is invalid. The compressed file must contain the following files at its root: solution.xml, customizations.xml, and [Content_Types].xml. Customization files exported from previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are not supported.
