I was introduced to Garbage by one of my managers at Wendy’s in 1998… this was the first song I’d ever heard by them. I went out and bought the Version 2.0 cd right away. I’d heard of Garbage but never had any interest until then. What a phenomenal album! I’m very happy to see that the original lineup (with the addition of the bass player) is still together all these years later. I know everyone loves Shirley - and the band wouldn’t be the same without her, I know, but the band is absolutely amazing. Duke is so chill, yet such a great player. I have his guitar pick from when my wife and I saw them in the front row opening for U2 in Chicago in 2001. Duke, Steve & Butch… what an amazing lineup of musicians!
