Hey, here's the summary/translation for the HEI. (Heidelberger Erfolgsimpulse) Alex Starts with there are a lot of new projects and business ideas, but it's relatively hard to manage funding today. Funding a project through a token sale is one effective but barely used option. He shared his journey on how Onino managed to raise 750.000$ in less than 3 minutes. He doesn't want to make banks unemployed, but rather work and partner with them. Then a bit about Onino, background, ect. Counting with how todays technology still gets used for meme plays, NFT projects ect rather than using this technology to create real value. Blockchain is the infrastructure where everyone can develop their ideas and products. At Onino they looked at three topics. 1. Who is working with Blockchain technology. 2. How do they use the Blockchain. 3. Why do you as banks not work with it yet, or not to its full potential. Their goal was to make blockchain accessible to the real world, making it easy to understand, educating companies why they should use this technology and giving them the right tools to do so. Then some basic info about blockchain, with focus on decentralisation and how this will secure and strengthen the network. Also effectively against cyber attacks and hacks ect compared to centralised servers ect. Also mentioning the transparency of a blockchain. Onino blockchain: building/developing their own blockchain at a fundamental level and later offer different blockchains and blockchain solutions to companies or in this case banks. Onino has two services, the blockchain service and the tokenisation service. Blockchain services, we look at the problem and how to solve it with our blockchain or if they need to build their own blockchain on top of our L0. For you the more interesting section today, the tokenisation. This allows you to create an additional way of funding. Also open the options for more transparency, letting the project grow at a more floor level as regular people can become a holder ect. Testnet for end of 2023 and mainnet early 2024. The first projects are already developing and we have 5 customers for the tokenisation already. The good part is those projects want to build and adopt the Onino blockchain. The focus on Onino relies on utility tokens, which means you hold a token which is needed for different services, tasks ect Onino doesn't try to hide this type of fundraising from the real world, in fact Germany has one of the best and most innovative regulation rules for crypto worldwide. Germany will with this be the role model for Europe and maybe even worldwide. To mention two, we have MICA (market in crypto assets) and Crypto travel rules. They agree that what Onion is doing makes sense, is legal ect. Another example for the direction of crypto. Stocks can soon/already be traded on digital registers. As a recommendation, this digital register should be a blockchain. They also have Cadaico here to show their first customer and how they deliver their services. (Explaining Cadaico a little) how they were in touch, Pedram had a very innovative idea for years, but not enough capital to kickstart this Project. This is very common for many brilliant ideas and potentially amazing start ups. With Cadaico they did assist with their business model, financial approaches, token utility and blockchain usecase, marketing, and developed their own sale framework. They did not provide legal tax advice and economic advice as they're not entitled to do so. But they have partners and there are a few great people in Germany with this knowledge. For Cadaico they made it accessible for BNB, Eth and USDT and also credit card. This way the majority of people should be able to participate if they want to. A quick overview, down the line they will have their main L0 chain and many different blockchains for different use cases and purposes. An incubator program to help companies with additional fundraising. And make it attractive for developers to build on their chain. And at the last point Alex did show them how their company would benefit from partnerships with Banks, rather than having them as a competition. It fits banks as through tokenised fundraising we can help more projects to build, grow and succeed. The risk is lowered but still great potential as they would have a community attached to the project as well. Banks can provide a platform as banks have many customers and those customers might love to participate in token sales. Banks also have a lot of contacts which might open up many doors and connect the right people with the right projects. At the end he did dare to use the new technology and its possibilities. Because if you don't, someone else will. 👍 ________ There is a lot of great information between the lines here. I did just try to write a summary while listening to it. It's far from perfect but should sum it up and you might spot what's between the lines here. 🔥 Also this meeting is from October I believe.
