Making a big difference and sharing your ideas is something that is the most motivating part of your career experience opportunity around the City of Regina for over more than 20 years. Most of the leisure activities keep me motivated. Teamwork is the most important aspect of motivation as well so you can work well with others. Have watched some useful employees' motivation level with their self-esteem and being very gritty is part of Guy Kawasaki Remarkable People who shine the spotlight on LinkedIn... we can all learn something from doing remarkably behavior by being "gritty". There are so many ways to get yourself motivated with learning and also by having fun with making opportunities that made sense only yourself. Employee motivation is key to an organization's success in many ways to create a diversified world with curated colors we wanted to create with technology and successes in the long-term goal. I feel the same, that knowing I'm making a difference to my students is a major contributor to my motivation to teach. It's a wonderful feeling to see a former student in the halls (when we could!) on their way to a credit class, beaming with pride when they see me because they know I know how hard they've worked (in the ESL Program) to get there. I also get motivation from knowing I've contributed to my program in some way via working with colleagues and doing committee work. It feels good to make a difference there, too. Self esteem is very important to me: I like to know I'm doing my best in whatever I do. Finally, I am motivated to work for an employer who respects me and my needs; I feel encouraged to do my best work knowing that if make a request for time off, tuition reimbursement, or flexibility with my teaching schedule so that I can pursue other goals that matter to me in my life, these requests will be considered seriously and I'll be treated with fairness and respect. That is super important to me as well. :)

Fifteen minutes on the treadmill is a good early morning wakeup call. A cold or mostly cold shower is another method I can easily incorporate into my morning routine.

When I sleep in, I feel I have wasted part of my day. Definitely a morning person. Also like to stand in the shower longer than I should! So refreshing!
