It would be good, and appropriate to review some of the blatant fouls on players, such as intentional knocking a player to the floor or an obvious attempt to gouge a player in the eye. Such actions need to be reviewed and appropriate consequences taken to prevent recurrence in the future. This needs to apply to players and referees when it is obvious along with replay data to prove it.
