@@Eaglesflynation Just enjoying the ride on a year 1 full rebuild from owner right down to the kicker. Agreed, Cowboys are in a bad spot and don't see them digging out anytime soon. Over time Eagles built a beast of a team and think it's down to their coaching to get to the big dance.

The fans may feel like that but Not 🚫 the players or coaches, Bobby Wagner ain't Happy just to be here, Luvu never been in playoffs, and most importantly Jayden Daniels ain't just happy to be here and they won't play like it but what's special about this kid is he is always even keel nothing bothers this guy he's a killer like Jordan & Black Mamba and Jayden sets the tone. This is the worst talented team Jayden will have so Skins are set up to be a consistent heavy hitter like in the Gibbs glory days..... A rookie contract with over 100 million in cap room with 7 draft picks Adam Peters bout to cook. But let's keep it a bean ALL of the pressure is on the Lions they was in NFC championship game last season and favorite to get to Superbowl all year and this is game 7 so let's see how they handle it. Jayden coming to slay the Lions whether or not Skins win or not we'll see but Jayden is coming for blood

@ the pressure is on both teams. I just feel like that’s a loser mentality. When we act like both teams aren’t playing for a spot in the NFC championship. Both teams are top 8 in cap space next season with the Lions already extending contracts to a few of their studs last season. The Lion’s are the 9th youngest team in the NFL, while the Commanders are the 14th. They’re both set up for success but nothing is guaranteed in this league and acting like you just going to be back in this spot every season is a little naive. Injuries happen to every team sooner or later. Commanders should have the sane mind set as the Lion’s, and if they don’t, they will get beat.

Detroit has been elite for 2 seasons now. Let's not act like yall have been a Juggernaut like the Chiefs or Bills for years. Like Rio said, we are way ahead of schedule and doing way better than Detroit did in year 1 of their rebuild. There is absolutely no reason to believe that our organization is going to go in the wrong direction. We have a rookie qb going into year 2 of his rookie deal, tons of cap space, plenty of draft picks, and probably the best front office in football. Adam Peters and Jayden Daniels is why us fans feel very confident in the years to come. We are doing this with a very talent deficient roster. Our roster was so bad going into last off season because of Ron Rivera. What Adam Peters has done with the personell and coaching staff in just one off-season is beyond incredible. We are not a one hit wonder. I get what your saying, you can't take for granted the opportunity because it is football and injuries can happen and whatever else but if you paid more attention this year to the Commanders you will understand that this isn't just delusional Homer fan talk. We got the main foundation pieces in place: Owner, GM, Coaching staff, and QB. We are only getting better from here on out.

@@themailman8864 Gotta live in the real world though, if the Lions don't go to the Superbowl this season it is a failure, the same with Kansas City, the same with The Ravens, same with the Eagles and to a lesser degree the Bills all of these teams have built talented rosters & ready to compete for the Superbowl year in and year out but they all have a window and tryna max out as many Super bowls as possible so yes all of those teams have significantly more pressure to get it done this year. Washington was the #2 overall pick last year and not because of a trade but because it was a complete dumpster fire 🔥 here since the former owner brought the team. 6 games was the over under. This roster lacks top end talent the last count them 6 1st Rd draft picks prior to Jayden Daniels is no longer on the roster either cut or traded Dwayne Haskins RIP cut, Montez Sweat traded, Chase Young traded, Jamin Davis cut, Jahan Dotson traded, and Emmanuel Forbes cut. So Adam Peters had to completely gut the whole thing. So to be 2 years ahead of schedule already putting a playoff win in back pocket yes there's less pressure and that's a fact. If Skins lose it was a great season if the Lions lose it was a massive disappointment that in itself tells you which team has more pressure

@ I agree, it would be a massive disappointment for us. I thought it was a massive disappointment last year as well as a 12 win team. I guess I just see things differently than most fan bases. Going from the start of the season prediction, I understand why you would be content with a divisional round playoff game. But I see a 12 win team, with an X factor at the most important position, with quite a few hungry veterans on the team and a real leader as a coach. I guess my expectations would change. But hey I understand your logic.

Well, 1000 yards becomes less and less impressive with every rule change and expansion of the schedule. A truly good WR should really be closer to 2000 than 1000 now. If he's not, the QB is probably ass.
