On this channel I look at the positive side of life and investing. I'll give my best reasons to invest or buy almost anything and everything. Whether it be commodities, stocks, bonds, real estate, art, cars, books and the list goes on and on. Of course you will need to do your due diligence and it'll be up to you to find the reasons NOT to invest in any particular thing.
One of the ways I like to invest in anything is by using something I call predictive reasoning and that is try to predict the future of everything in general. Remember there are two sides to every story and there is also two or more sides to any investment. I look at both the hype part and the doom and gloom part and usually draw my conclusions to the gloomier side as that is usually the safer side.
NOTE: Everything I talk about investing in is just talk and should not be taken as investment advise. I just give my opinion of research and analysis that I conclude on various subjects and ideas.

Another good video, keep ‘em coming. I was just thinking about an RV park but I don’t have the presumed capital it would take to purchase an already existing one and there are greater business interests ahead of it.
Starting from scratch might be cheaper if you have time on your side but if your older and want to be bringing in the dollars right away, looking for a one for sale might be the better option.
