Step 1: Time to invest in a good crockpot. Put the food on before leaving for work and you’ll have a hot, tender and delicious meal waiting for you when you walk through the door. Who doesn’t like to be greeted by the smell of dinner when they come home? Step 2: I know this sucks, but move the kids bedtime up by one hour so you can clean the kitchen and fix all lunches after dinner while they are making their preparations for bed. Step 3: Double check that their hygiene is complete, put them to bed and enjoy your own long bath. While you’re in the bath refrain from thinking about what else needs to be done. Put on some music or a book on tape or even one of those 15minute movie recaps on TH-cam. It’s not much advice but this is how I like to rush the children’s bedtime on days when it decompress or have a nervous breakdown. 😂😂😂
