I believe the answer lies in several reasons. 1) I just started the channel a month ago, and small channels are a brutal grind up the ladder unless a viral unicorn video hits. 2) Not niching down. I want the channel to serve as a broader educational and inspirational tool across many topics under the large umbrella theme of kindness and hope, but TH-cam momentum tends to reward hyper-focus in a narrow topic. 3) Life balance. I currently work my normal full-time position as well as Door Dash on the side to boost income for the holidays. I also serve on various volunteer roles through school, church, and our dance company. And a full-time Dad. So I don't always get a video up as soon as I I would like, but I am doing my best to balance everything I have. Again, thank you for the feedback! It really does mean a lot, and I hope this answer was illuminating! Take care!

The Spider Man franchise has been through so much! Are you referring to SM2 with Toby? I prefer the later versions personally. Terminator 2... man maybe 25 years ago? And Smile 1 & 2, no... don't have a lot of free time for movies at the moment.

Remakes feel lazy at this point, voting with your dollar (and your actual vote) is always a powerful market tool, and Disney is going to keep trying to find their footing in uncharted space because its how they have historically pushed the boundaries of what is possible in film. My larger concern after watching the overall attack on the Snow White film and Disney is the simple hate and school bully rhetoric that so many are using. Attacking Rachel's heritage, Peter Dinklage's comments, and saying supporters are "shilling out" feels more like political theater than actual cinematic critiques. And to wrap up, I know its just a movie, but I appreciate that even in this climate people CAN be "on opposite sides on a lot" and still have a respectful conversation trying to work towards common ground! @ When Disney first advertised the live action films I thought it would be interesting. However, after a few I realized that it wasn’t for me. The only one I think enjoyed and would watch again was Aladdin. I think the changes to the story made sense and even changing the music to fit Will Smith was a good move. I agree that attacking someone’s heritage is never ok and doesn’t have a place if you’re giving constructive criticism. The only thing I would say that would make sense is if a persons race or ethnicity doesn’t make sense in the setting of the movie. Like if they did a live action Brave and they made Merida Chinese. I could see people giving back lash for not accurately representing the characters original characteristics. I think Disney still is capable of telling stories well and still improving diversity organically. My opinion is going forward they should lean more into telling new stories that feature other races and that give women different role models. Stay away from changing Disneys classics to avoid offending the ones who still love the old movies and it doesn’t allow those who are just looking to attack the project because they have a weird hate towards something the opportunity to use that as an excuse for their hate. For me and my family personally we are not going to watch any of the live action movies in theaters just to make a point that we would like Disney to move on from their live action remakes. Might not make difference if a ton of people want to go and see it, but it doesn’t look like that’s the case. I think that showing others respect and having good conversations even if you disagree is a necessity if you want to move forward for the better.

Thanks for stopping by! Disney made a decision based on feedback, empathy, and the cinematic industry. More and more media is CGI and AI modified - it's all over TH-cam. So many people have charged opinions but a lack of information. By providing them information and patience, they may understand the error of their decision making process.

@@gregorydenbow8939 Thanks for the comment. And it is a great idea. I hope people are willing to open their eyes and doors to help those in the community who may need shelter in the near future. We currently do not have guests living with us, but we employee workers in and around the home, assist their kids at school events, and have programs ramping up at church to offer what support the community can. Take care out there! Share your food with the hungry, and give shelter to the homeless. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help. ~Isaiah 58:7

How crazy of a concept is it to raise daughters that grow up to be respect themselves and be sexually responsible enough to not use abortion as contraception? Which is what over 90% of abortions are used for? I don’t get it.

Thanks for the comment. We do have an AMAZING church filled with love and support! They foster leading with respect, everyone has a seat at the table, and serving the community outside the walls. Jesus does love all and is the path to happiness. Well said! And I also agree that abortion is NOT birth control! It is a REALLY tough medical decision that a woman, her family, and her medical team may decide to pursue during REALLY traumatic times. My hope would be that no one’s daughter, wife, mother, friend, etc. would ever have to go through some of these traumatic life circumstances, but sadly they do happen. And in those moments, all I can do is offer love, support, and grace no matter the decision; not discord and judgement. Blessings to you and yours! “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.” Proverbs 31: 8-9
