M1 Carbine with F**k'd up barrel
มุมมอง 2.6K2 ปีที่แล้ว
Welded material to the front sight to compensate for point of impact. Really needs a new barrel to improve but this helps a little without making an expensive investment.
AR-15 Pin and weld muzzle device to barrel on an M&P15
มุมมอง 6K2 ปีที่แล้ว
This is not modifying the operation of this firearm. The barrel must be 16" or longer to be legal, if not it needs to be SBR'd or made into a pistol version. Let's look at how you stay within the law.

Great info. I know this is an older video but do y'all know how to tell the difference between a gen 1 and gen 2 1873 Uberti Cattleman 45 ? I just picked one up and not sure. Thanks
If there is a screw on the front of the frame it is the old model.
@@maverickgunworks8777 great thank you
Any 2A win is a great win even on a a novelty item! Woot

My grandfather used to say by golly all the time. Thanks for bringing back that memory!
Glad you enjoyed it
Nonsense.
I am having a problem with the safety not engaging and the trigger not returning but when I removed the slide that spring is still in place so I'm not sure if that's the culprit I was shooting today and the trigger didn't return after cycling
Thank you Sir. Very helpful video.
your camera was on wrong setting ....like a curved view
Very helpful !! Thank you 🙏 !!
Had to drill mine with 7/64 flawless Ty
HELP WANTED. My A5 16ga will not extract modern plastic star-crimped shells. They open up too long to get out of the port. Has anyone sourced paper roll-crimped shells or figured out a way to trim the plastic shells and reload? Thanks for any advice.
Mine is .22 mag/20g. These are sought after where I am in Canada and very expensive. Very well made firearm.
It’s on the scope also
Finally got to the point...
Sometimes it is better not to see how the sausage is made.
when I bought mine I replaced the factory trigger with a timney set at 3lbs then replaced the internal mag with a box magazine, it is now a suberb hunting rifle. love it.
Ive tried taking the bullet out of a cartridge and shooting it to blow squibs out of barrels and its worked everytime. I saw it on a video and was very skeptical. But .....
You made me so happy to see a professional struggle getting that sear block assembly in place. It drove me crazy for about 2 hours. Great video. How about showing us how to reassemble the magazine disconnect lever with the torsion spring. I could not get that done so no more magazine safety for me😮
Have. One as a deer gun it’s the best !! Also my skeet gun it’s a awsome shotgun !!
Some people have no business working on rifles. This is embarrassing
My drilling buggered up the barrel.
I lube the inside of the barrel before i start trying to pull the bullet. It sure helps/
Good teacher
Oddly enough what fixed my issues with this was to put in larue tactical power extractor, and change out buffer to an h1 and change the buffer spring back down to a milspec carbine, and voila. This is 556/223 not 300 BO but had the exact same issues u had here. The thought did cross my mind a few times of drilling out gas port bigger and just as I was about to do that everything started cycling
I have this rifle in .22 magnum. Thanks for the video on the takedown procedure. It's a great little rifle.
Excellent! Best Description of 11-87. Best Model of 11-87.
Too much bs
very true your gun gets filthy carrying it on your hip or shoulder harness, this man is telling you the truth, I have carried since 82 the amount of filth will shock you i did not watch the whole video do not know if he recommended frequency I would say every 6 months at least, every 3 would be better. great info
I have 3 kimber 1911's and have done all kinds of upgrades , changing all mim parts for harrison design as well as numerous sight changes, triggers, mainspring housing's you name it, I find kimbers fit's to be excellent, very exacting tolerances from what I have delt with. have never had any feeding problems to date . have not spent over 1500 dollars so have no idea what wilson's ,ed browns, or nighthawks are all about, but will continue to say kimber makes a fine pistol. also have a micro 380 with 0 problems. good video nice info for those just starting
Check your gas block. Mine did this, gas Block was loose. Put some blue loctite and tightened. Runs like a beast now
Carry mine in a DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster.
Great information! Thanks for explaining why I had issues and how to prevent them in the future. Avoiding the grip safety during disassembly and reassembly is the key.
Great video - thanks!
Thank you
I just bought a 20ga nomad and I'm have a bit of a issue in fully disassembling the barrel from the receiver. There is one flathead screw and where the barrel breaks down at that I can get out but I can't get the rest of it out so I can take it apart and give it a good cleaning/oiling.
Living in FL G43 is perfect. I installed Magguts +2 in both Magazines.
Great idea drilling a small notch to hold to set screws! Very informative.
thats how Brandon Lee died, a round stuck in the barrel and then when they shot a blank it fired the stuck bullet out and into Brandon.
Glad I decided to view this presentation. I have these models and never heard of this. Gotta do some lookin'.
This fixed the cycling problem on my A5. Thanks for the tip!
About as useless as a video can be. I hope this made you feel good cause it did nothing for anyone watching it.
Thank you for the video. A new gun owner might not understand the finer points of field stripping.
I wish you would have pulled the camera back and showed the lengths of all the rifles together.
What are you using to clamp with your vise into the magazine well ???
Great informative video !! Thank you
how does this happen
Great video. Excellent explaination
