I’m legitimately trying to understand how colorism impacts the Black community at a socioeconomic level. I”m not seeing any evidence of resources/opportunities being disproportionately allocated, outside of media preferring light skinned women..Yes, colorism exists…. but in relation to racism, it’s like comparing school yard bullying to lynching, economically speaking. If I’m missing information, please enlighten me.
