Yestetday while i m doing root chakra meditation i was starting to cry without any intention. I m crying five minutes tears are flowing. I feel release the long term holding which nomore serves my highest good. Thank you and i m grateful for your guided meditation❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Today was my first meditation for the sacral chakra. In this case, I saw the chakra spinning slow and with difficulty. I saw it shinning but difficult to spin because on it was like roots or something heavy, that it didn't allow it to spin faster. Def, I will keep doing this meditation to heal and open fully my chakra.

I just listened this because I'd been with a strong gastritis and nothing helped me with the pain. I thought about the 3 chakra and when I started to listen this, at the beginning, I felt angry but it was changing to relaxing feeling and in the middle of the meditation, I had a smile and I felt happy, grateful and confident and my pain on my stomach was gone. I couldn't believe how I felt afterwards. Thank you so much for this meditation. 💛💛💛
