Robin I saw you commenting interesting stuff on astral club videos. Could you help me on whatsapp maybe to start astral projection? maybe help me keep my daily routine and so on, I can pay a little.
I know how to train and to be better at it but i have given up on it over a decade ago the freaky noises you can hear as you are about to exit sometimes i have a hard time overcoming. I only have a few experiences a year maybe its not a daily thing. I would suggest books written by Robert Mornroe, and Robert Bruce they contain some useful tips, and listen to brain-sync or hemi-sync aimed at astral travel whit headphones as you meditate daily for minimum 20 minutes a day its recommend its around the same time every day. Also look for Page 25 of the CIA’s Gateway Report on Astral Projection well its mostly about what i already mentioned but in more detail and how it works. The meditation is for getting better at keeping focus as you will need it for archiving astral projection you need to keep the mind awake and body asleep. You can find the music for free but it only works whit headphones it helps the brain half's synchronize and achieve deep meditation that would take monks over a decade to achieve naturally.
