NIACINAMIDE - What is it and how does it work on the skin?
How to ease the pain caused by hs , Dr can you please suggest any tips for controlling it , i have consulted 3 doctors none of them have any remedy for this condition ,they always give me pain killers 😢
Spearmint tea has very good results
boots no 7 protect and perfect. amazing
The tea one is REAL. Great for PCOS.
Of course you massage dandruff shampoo on scalp.isn't it obvious? Sherlock?😮
I would never listen to a derm. They know nothing about the skin. Most skin issues are due to the gut or inside the body somewhere, which can be healed naturally with diet, supplements, and clean skincare, like beef tallow. Are we still trusting doctors? Has 2020 not taught anyone anything?
Can you make more of this please 😅.. listening to dermatologist and cosmetologist are my fav things 😊
I like the afrin with CeraVe
So a group of derms.. 🤔 wouldn't that be considered a packaderm? Cant be thinned skinned if you're gonna be working with skin.
Western dermatologists are a red flag. Many of these them are giving advice because they’re affiliated or want recognition/affiliation with trendy brands. ❌
Spearmint decreases testosterone levels so it's good for pcos as well
Folks, I'm a pharmacist. The water that we use in the lab is completely different from tap water, the pH is adjusted in the final formula, the conservatives and EDTA used is finely measured. Do not mix things together. The ions and hipoclorine of the water will deplete the EDTA, and it will disturb the emulsion and etc 👀👀👀
The adapalene one was brilliant ❤🎉 thanks for introducing this series. I've observed that men are giving much better, quirky and useful advices than women🤧😬
what brand would that be ( for ones he mentioned ). thx
Same query please
Spearmint teaaaa. I will try thag for sure
You should also be careful with spearmint tea if you are a man. Drinking it for a long period can lower testosterone levels. It can have the same effect as an anti androgenic. So unless you’re a transgender don’t drink it regularly. But still safe to take every once in a while.
Dr. Shah and Dr. Maxfield have been my virtual derm for about 3 years now 😂❤
Is it just me or spearmint tea didn't work at all. Has anyone tried chasteberry or evening primrose oil? Is that effective for hormonal acne?
For me spearmint tea works, especially during pms if i take the spearmint tea before my period i wont have pimple during my period, but if i forgot to take the tea , thats it i havr those period acne
My name is afrin 😅
Aiyeeh? My name is afrin .... But what is afrin besides my name
Dr shah’s tip is common sense. Obviously you need to massage in the shampoo on the scalp. Who just shampoos hair let alone a scalp full of dandruff?
I have rosacea. It cleared up with azelaic acid.
Rosacea tip is great😊
3rd dermatologist literally gave worse diy advice than high school TikTok skincare "gurus" since I'm not a derm. I'll let Dr. Dray explain why this is bad. th-cam.com/users/shortsWJ2gFUHyQyU?si=s6IDPTbKlkuDu0Ms
Cerave if you want to disrupt your hormones phthalate. Always dialogue with your doctor sometimes they don't know
Doctorly ❤
AFRIN 😮 that's my name.....what is that I don't know
On a plane though with other people around? Great way to piss off everyone around you
The spearmint thing is crazy cuz years ago when i had cystic acne my cousin from pakistan would make me drink it all thru summer to help me and although it didnt fix the cystic acne it DID help the hormonal flair ups and also tested very yummy
Y does doctor shah look so damn good i totally in love with this guy ❤
I never use anti dandruff shampoo on my mids to ends! Just only scalp. It’s not really ideal to wash ends of hair with any shampoo because it can cause drying
Is “use shampoo correctly” really a hack?
Just like I wouldn’t go to an overweight trainer … I’d go to none of these ‘dermatologists’ 🤣
Did she just tell us to pour nasal decongestant and mix it in our cream? Yall don't do this when you don't know the ratios. Buy oxymetazoline cream instead which you only use a pea sized amount.
Doesn't drinking spearmint tea helps in weightloss?
Hormones are complex. They travel in your bloodstream so your whole body has access to them but they can't get through all but that also means a hormonal imbalance may impact more than one aspect of your health. Gonadal hormone imbalances especially are linked to both skin issues and weight issues so you may tackle both with one treatment
Apply hyularonic acid to damp skin. Usually after cleansing and toning. I have been using rose water and apparently its a good combo.
Afrin and ceravie? Huh, who would of thought? 🤷🏼♀️
As a cosmetologist, you should be using two shampoos, one for the scalp and one for the hair.
What? Why would you need a shampoo for the lengths? I’ve got stupid thick and long hair and as long as the roots are shampooed correctly, the lengths washed in the run off. Unless you’re talking about people who constantly use layers of products in their hair but that’s not the default.
Stick to your profession then… if you’re not a trichologist or a dermatologist (who’s literal focus is hair and skin) then don’t speak on the matter. Shampoo is not meant for the hair; conditioner is.
Is Afrin liquid ?😊
Yes
First one is on spot
Dr Shah❤

If you notice carefully you can see he isn't raising both his heels... Some people tend to move/sway or do something while talking. Maybe that's what he's doing. The other feet is flat on the ground.
Love it ❤
😂😂😂😂😂
The transcription of the Cicalfate cream is hilarious.
This is an excellent demonstration.
That’s an interesting juxtaposition. Physicians watching science-denying Fox News propaganda network in the lounge. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Oh that poor girl. I hope she’s ok now.
Men are too simple to be dermatologists lol
What about wicked greasy hair? I have to wash every day or I will be a grease monster.
some of these aren't even hacks it's just how you're suppose to use the product?...lol what
