Cathie Paine is the Chief Executive Officer of REAch2 Academy Trust.
As CEO of REAch2, Cathie’s vision is the belief that school leadership at its heart is about transforming lives. Cathie joined REAch2 at the end of 2012 when there were only four schools in the Trust, but her headship career spanned 15 years across schools in a variety of challenging circumstances.
Ever since Catherine's first headship taking a socially deprived school from 'special measures' to 'Good' in just four terms, Cathie's passion is clear. She's committed to enabling children to flourish in an environment of outstanding practice.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not work in the UK at all! Car dealers, car mechanics do what they want, when people loose their whole savings. The way to explain unfair sales, unfair repairs is long and costly. Lawyers are demanding exorbitant sums for Small Claims, CAB advisers are not trained in any way, they just thing how to hang up the phone. It is overwhelming that there is a law that only in theory is for people, when in fact it is for scammers and thieves!

As I understand it, the biggest indicator of fraud was the fact that Madoff's Stock holdings were liquidated every quarter (to avoid reporting requirements). No one, except a conman, religiously liquidates his holdings every quarter.

Rich people are never satisfied with their worth and nobody was getting 10% interest on any investments at that time.
