I have a channel as well , just some tips to make your videos better : try using camera stands and ringlights and a good tripod or selfie stick if you're trying to record hand held . Thank me later !

I like to use my mini A5 notebooks like the Midori you got for bullet journaling/todo lists/task reminders! They're handy to carry around, and the bookmark feature is nicely convenient. MD paper is really smooth and great for all writing instruments! As another commenter said, you should turn the preppy around so that the lettering on the nib (the metal writing tip) faces upwards. :) Right now you can see the black feed, which should be under and facing the paper.

wow, correction tape works way smoother than white out. Though white out can be fun in of it's self. Also great video, I imagine some of those can be used as a cook book to store ingredients in.
