How to fix?
Does anyone know whether it’s normal that the base of bugaboo is moving side to side? It looks quite unstable (even though all the safety checks are green)
I just spent way too much time at my nanny job trying to figure this out! Def one of the struggles with “beige baby” / natural products is the low contrast factor and the hidden buttons hahaha

How did you get the batteries in it?
I knew I wasnt dumb but I guess mine is stuck! Cant pop the latch with two hands or an object for leverage
Ended up using the bottom of a lighter to pop it

Hi there, could you tell me the heights of the different levels? I am trying to figure out what the highest and middle level heights are (due to our current side sleeper cot really hurting my back! ) Many thanks

Yes , i have one , you make it up and when your baby grow up and start to catch and little climb , you can move it to the middle to make him safe , i don't remember an specific age for moving but it depends on the baby when he start his trying to climb the cot you should move to the other step 😅

So idk if you know but the have a built in sterilization process with taking the nipple and lid and putting it in the base with 20ml of water or .7 floz and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes and it sterilizes the bottle an amazing built in process I definitely recommend these bottle my wife and I love them and so does our baby!
