Our purpose at Bakewave is to equip over 10,000 bakers across East Africa with the right equipment and aftersales services.
This channel is for new and existing bakers. For new bakers we will guide them on the right choices for the equipment capacity & type based on their budgets. For existing bakers, they will get information on newer more energy efficient equipment, care tips for their existing equipment & do’s and don'ts for various equipment.
We’ll be having a special episode namely “what’s inside”, that will focus on the internal structure of various machinery. Making sure that as a baker you are conversant with the technical structure of your oven.

The larger 10 tray convection oven is a highly productive oven when it comes to any form of baking, it can produce large batches of products in a short amount of time while using very little power and in this case 70 loaves in just 25 minutes.

My dought mixer has a kind of short circuit ..since then stopped working .. I am pretty sure the water went inside the machine while cleaning...is it fixable ??
It is still quite fixable, you may have to replace whatever is short circuited.
