Do you have the charging case far or nearby... this shouldn't matter but u may wanna give it a try and if you don't have it close by check that out.

@@DURAGSWAG77 This manual not working, i do it many times. I used this headset around 5 month, worked fine. After 5 nonth right earphone stop normally working (very quickly discharged). I opened the lid earphone and changed inside battery for new. Now bouth earphones not pairing automatically. Worked only left or only right. How to set master and deputy earphones?

I would contact the company about this issue because from the way it looks and the in peoples comments this is happening. Sorry to say probably defective.

Thanks 😁👍....ummm make sure you push them down all the way in the changing case correctly. Or make sure you turn them off right before putting them in the case to charge. Other than these two things it sounds like you may have a defective ear bud. I would contact the manufacturer about the issue.......I'll see if I can find something else out for you today and get back with you by the end of the day.

I'm having the same issue with the right earbud. It worked fine for a week and today it won't work. I don't know how to turn them on or off as the instructions are to fine a print for me to read. Maybe I've turned the right one off and don't know it. Do you know how to turn them on? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, loved your video too.

So here is the update .. as far as it looks once the head phone goes out they are finished. I would definitely send them back or call the company for a refund. Sorry I couldn't give you all a better update but this would be the case for the wireless headphones.

@@DURAGSWAG77 Yeah.. Even fully charged. It happens about 15 to 20 min after start using it. I probably got a defective one. Thanks for your video!

Any time, it's probably best to return them and get a new one. And one more thing to give a try if you haven't, the charging box was it close or far from you ??? If far try close, it shouldn't make a difference but give it a try. Glad you like the video 👍👍
