Bojack killed Zangya (the lady henchmen) because Bojack was using her as a diversion or a sneak-attack to catch Gohan off-guard. Just goes to show how despicable he is. It's not the first time we see DB villains killing their own henchmen, most notably Frieza.

I love the broly movies so much (except bio broly, I'll get into that on that reaction video when I get a chance to check, it's tempting me lol on the play now option 😂 I wish I have time) So did Akira toriyama, right before he wrote the script for dragon ball super broly. He watched the broly trilogy and he openly expressed the enthusiasm from watching the three broly movies. Vegeta was my favorite character for the longest time, the broly legendary super saiyan change that completely broly is such a unique character. There is still so much mystery to him.

The last move is called soul punisher/stardust breaker (mentioned in games only). Its a move that purifies souls and destroys the evil. Since janemba is pure evil, he got eradicated. Also its a famous attack among people who play db games

It’s a rainbow sphere of pacify energy similar to the spirit bomb it’s most effective at eradicating evil energy. The stardust breaker or soul punisher is more advanced than the spirit bomb in multiple ways,faster duration, speed, and efficiency. The only thing the technique lacks is power compared to the gigantic spirit bomb from receiving energy from the entire solar system.

Throughout the anime, especially in the Majin buu saga they did state in the show that if you die while wearing that halo above your head,you died for keeps. You cease to exist, and neither king yamma, shenron, or any other dragonballs can bring you back. This was a very big deal because during the confrontation of kid buu, kid buu miraculously somehow travel to otherworld where everyone wearing halo. Kid buu was this close 👌🏾 to blowing up otherworld along with everyone in it, including beloved characters such as krillin, yamcha,chichi, bulma, videl, and dabura. All of them would’ve cease to exist if kid buu didn’t sense the ki of goku and vegeta on the supreme Kai planet. That would be an insane turn of events if kid buu ignored Goku and vegeta

Ik a lot of people don't like how dbz Broly is written as a purely evil psychotic character as opposed to super broly being more "innocent and nice". But this just fits with the fact that he's a saiyan. Goku is good because he hit his head as a child, and was raised lovingly unlike any other saiyan child. Dbz Broly had severe trauma as a baby after being stabbed, with the only reminder of that event being the mention of Goku's name and his cries, as that's all he heard during those moments. Without a doubt he would've been a tyrant of a saiyan without that trauma, but this really leans into the darkest nature of a saiyan which is pretty cool, he's the product of that species morals and instincts. You want to feel bad for this guy who's been manipulated all his life and not even seen as family by his father. But in the end he is still a saiyan warrior made to conquer and destroy. All I can say is they definitely made his character confusing by revealing his backstory in weird snippets that give you the wrong idea, such as broly soley hating goku for crying, and not for the fact he associates the crying with his trauma of being stabbed

The end where Broly was defeated would've been the perfect place to introduce the Dragon Fist, it would've made a lot more sense.

The movie was completely trash, it was a colossal failure. There was nothing good about this film, the story was so awful, the characters are boring and unmemorable, plus there was so less things being made poorly. This doesn't feel like lord of the rings and more like game of thrones mixed with fire emblem which is totally disappointment. The main character is useless and nothing incredible about her. This film is a 3/10

Isagi got his revenge when he lost to Rin in S1 by LUCK goal. But the difference is that Isagi made that goal to happen. He trusted and believed in Rin can beat Sae in 1v1 match. So that's why he didn't leave in the goal range while everyone of his teammates were running forward for defense. He calculated and anticipated it, and with only seconds time left, he take that damn shot. He learned the hardway the concept of Luck, placing himself in the most “opportunistic” spots on the field. Which is something real advanced players, in soccer and other team sports, practice.

“ I thought it was going to be a Superman type exit” Yep, I watched a lot of dragon ball super broly movie reviews, and that was the comparison that some dislike that they retcon Goku’s origin to be exactly like Superman. Because before there was similarities between the two but a few distinct differences in their origin but now Akira toriyama made it so identical it’s laughable. I’m not a DC fan, I don’t know much about Superman so I can’t fully relate. I just know my reason for not liking some of the beginning portions of dragon ball super broly movie, is the constant changes to the lore. In my opinion it’s not good changes. The only good change that I liked is seeing Goku’s mom for the first time. That’s is, I didn’t like how they reboot bardock’s character to not have psychic powers, to not have his comrades, to not have the iconic headband, and having a good conscientiousness to his personality.

“What it’s like being a saiyan parent” I can answer that, saiyan parents just like sayian children are assigned on missions to conquer other planets to sell to the highest bidder. There’s not much opportunity to be parental figure like us earthlings even less so because saiyans don’t have sentimental value for that sort of thing. The only time a saiyan parent and a saiyan child bond is through missions or fighting. The same can be applied to king vegeta and prince vegeta, on the rare occasions in the anime whenever vegeta mentions his father, he always bring up how strong king vegeta was! So vegeta values his father’s strength above all else! That paints a clear picture of all their discussions between the father and the son.

Nappa is stronger than raditz, raditz is only 4 or 5 years older than kakarot. And vegeta is 10 years older than goku. Another retcon (Retroactive continuity) by dragon ball super broly, in their second trailer stated that broly, Goku, and vegeta was born on the same day, making them around the same age🤦‍♂️

Hi I’ve been enjoying your movie journey so far, and I have some insight I like to share. The bardock you’re talking about before the reaction start is from a bonus chapter called dragon ball minus, which Akira toriyama wrote and later adapted in the film dragon ball super broly. The bonus chapter was in a standalone manga called jaco galactic patrol man, which at the time the manga itself sold very poorly. So the majority of the fandom didn’t know the manga existed until after the release of the Dragon ball super Broly. There are three factors to why the manga was unpopular, 1. The jaco galactic patrol man manga came out way after the original volumes was completed, 2. The title of the manga is called jaco the galactic patrol man, which judging the book by its cover you’ll assume it’s not dragon ball related because dragon ball is not even a part of the title of the manga. So many would assume it’s another one shot standalone manga by Akira toriyama. And 3. Some of the events in that manga are controversial, more specifically the bonus chapter of dragon ball minus. Way before Akira toriyama wrote dragon ball minus, he watched bardock the father of goku TV special by the writer name Takao Koyama. And Akira toriyama like the bardock father of goku, in fact Akira toriyama liked it so much that he incorporated that same bardock written by Takao koyama into the original volumes of the dragon ball manga. Akira toriyama specifically added bardock to the namek saga that frieza had a revelation once he heard Goku saiyan name, kakarot. That frieza notice this is the child of bardock, a saiyan who rebelled against him. And now the saiyan offspring rebelling against him too, like history has repeated itself! The controversy of dragon ball minus/dragon ball super broly is that bardock has already been established many, many years ago in the dragonball lore. So when Akira toriyama retconed (Retroactive continuity) it left bad taste in people’s mouth. Because Akira toriyama retcon so much in the dragon ball super broly movie other than just bardock story. As you mentioned bardock saving goku and send his son to earth is a big contradiction to the lore or origin of goku, because in the saiyan saga raditz stated his brother kakarot was sent to earth because that’s the fate of all lower class warriors. And there is another contradiction to bardock’s appearance being different from the dragon ball super broly movie to the original volumes in the manga, like bardock’s headband for an example. It might seem insignificant to casuals but that headband plays a big part of the story because the color of the headband of from his fallen comrades. So it’s not just a regular headband that or it’s not just a minor detail. It’s more than that than just cast it away like it never happened. There are more I could talk about, but I’m not sure if you read the dragon ball super manga, you might be waiting for the anime return like everybody else. So I’ll save the discussion for another time.
