I am currently going through an issue with them now the wig they sent me was not the one that I ordered. They have been giving me the runaround for the past seven days offering me only $30 of a refund and I told them that I want a full refund and now they’re trying to make me pay for a shipping label. I told them that they need to honor their policy nowhere in their policy. Does it say that I need to pay for a shipping label otherwise I would’ve never ordered for them, I’m not paying for shipping label. They need to send one. I am never ordering from this scam company ever again.

I SO feel your pain! I finally received my wig today. I am LIVID! I was literally sent a wig stuffed in a bag with NO BOX!!! even the “goodies” weren’t even in a pouch!! Completely disrespected !! This is CLEARLY a used wig someone returned !! I washed for a refund ASAP!!! I can’t believe I trusted this company !! I’m waiting to hear back

I finally will be receiving my refund. They were trying to keep $20 dollars for loss and damage wig/items that came with the wig. I said NO, refund me ALL of my money. I had taken pictures of the items and that ugly mullet wig they sent me that looked nothing like the pictures of their website. I will never order from them again.

I got scammed by Julia hair, they said they never received the money but my bank said it was sent. Luckily my bank was able to get my money back fairly quickly. I now order my hair off of Amazon it’s pretty good ladies. If you have any recommendations let me know I’ve dealt with a lot of companies and for me Amazon was the safest.

People wake up and stop making these Chinese people rich off your hard earned coins! Start looking for reputable black owned hair companies to spend your money with because do you ever see a Chinese person supporting a black owned business? … Support who would support you all if you had a business! A wig from a reputable hair company might be a bit pricey but save your money and buy a better quality wig and let us stop buying these trash from china that doesn’t even last 6 months…. And the next thing don’t let society define who you are by saying black hair is not beautiful and that you need certain hair to feel confident or accepted….You don’t need their validation, therefore seek validation from the person in the mirror. Many times when the wigs arrived they smell like they have been made at the fish mongers 😷

I think you could rock a more kinkier curlier hair type because it would add more ‘fullness’ to the finished look. Also, another technique could have been used: if you cut the hair off a weft and then crochet it to the anchor braid, pulling one-half over to create an invisible knot. Ugh, you were almost there…..so close. 😢

Yes, I Like Hair is a scam company. I ordered the Mullet wig, and it looks NOTHING like the wig on line...I am currently trying to get a refund and they sent me some kind of address to some building in NJ... too much to type

I ordered a $239 wig from them kinky coily 20 inches the hair is about 16 inches and it is not what I payed for and they are giving me the run around. I will file a dispute with my bank for fraud and I will file a complaint with the better businesses bureau as well. This company is a scam!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

I bought one of their wigs. It's supposed to be 180 density wig is so thin not anywhere close to 180 density. The wig can't hold a curl for more than an hour, so I doubt it's 100% human wig. I could encourage everyone to leave a negative comment on their instragram ads. I also marked their company as a SCAM on instagram

How many times did you slpit each piece of hair? I know there are 7 pieces in each bundle. Did you just split each piece in 2?

They may give you a wig alright but the quality is a whole different story. I bought a $179 yaki wig and it may be my biggest wig purchase regret to this day. Their yaki is not as soft and pliable as you see in the influencer reviews. It was stiff and not easy to style. One side would not stay down at all.

Oh wow! Must be something they are recently going through. No one has 300 bucks to lose. I’ve ordered from them and haven’t had a problem.. now I’m afraid to order from them again!

Sigh. So I ordered the hyperrealism-kinky-edges-hd-lace-frontal-ventilated-wig body wave wig on March 4th. Unlike you, I got my order on March 6th...this is where it went downhill. The wig was not 20 ". When I measured it, the last layer was around 16 inches, some in the middle was 19" inches, and the frontal wasn't 20. It is a variation of different inches. It also had a small plait in it around the frontal area. I put on the wig and wanted to see how it took a curling iron and noticed a black residue on my curling iron which tells me the hair may not be 100 % human, has been processed/die, OR this is synthetic. I sent a message to them showing the measurements and they asked me to retake the photos. I did so and that is where they basically stated I don't know how wigs are made and that all the wefts wouldn't be 20 inches...what? Even if that's true, wouldn't the back still be 20 inches and the top be a bit shorter do to layers? Since then it has been a tennis match with communication with delayed responses, that feel very intentional. They tried the same thing, $20 off, $30 off, the next purchase. I didn't go for it, especially because their discount codes would give more off than any discount they offered. I simply wanted the problem to be rectified. Anyway, I offered an exchange. I sent the wig to some warehouse in Jersey and it has taken them over a week to send me back my replacement. Apparently, it is coming "slug mail" via FedEx from China. I am nervous about this, but will post an update. If it is a no-go, I will seek a refund or dispute the charge with my bank.

I ordered a mullet wig from Ilikehair and the wig looked nothing like the wig they sent the influencer. The wig was also not human hair because when I tried to dye it the hair got very hot and did not take the dark brown/black dye. I will not be ordering from them again!

I paid $120 and they offered me only $30 back or 30% off my next purchase. I told them that I would NEVER order from them again. They kept emailing the run-around for a week before they sent me the return address smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

Hello everyone! So I received my money because ILikeHair has seen this video. They have asked me to take it down after they refunded me my money! I received an email stating that my money would take 10-12 business days to be refunded but after I posted this video it was available 2 days after! 🤔 The purpose of this video is to shed light on what could happen if you ordered a wig from this company. Too many people have had a bad experience with them.

I am LITERALLY fighting the same battle with this RIGHT NOW! I spent $300+ and they tried to offer my $20 as a refund! I was beyond upset! After multiple emails and exchanges I now see a pending refund. But when I say I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I MEAN IT. They have the WORST customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Again I’m sorry this happened to you too.

I would report them to the better business bureau!!
