Certainly doing a terrible job when it comes to road maintenance. We have potholes on routed roadways that are decades old and still have not been fixed, routes that need fresh paint stripes and markings, guardrails that are damaged and still left the way it is, poor drainage areas that enundates during heavy storms, damaged or missing traffic signs, junk cars all over the island, the list goes on and on.

All Guam politicians suck!!! Nothing ever gets better. Don't forget how she let the national guard uphold traffic and ask people where they are going during the lockdown.. Fucccing tyrant!!!!
