Can you use the stock faralead with the new rope? For the winch thanks
@@outdoorian9546 if it's an unused fairlead technically you can. But if it's been used with a cable, it will scratch the rope so it's a no.
How long did it take omc to send your seals?
@@Showtimejones83 over a month. Your not the first that's asked that question. Apparently they have gotten really bad.
Yup them some nice trails in that part of Mulberry agree. Herm lost a camera. Also many years ago we went back and looked for it neverdid find it. Nice run! Thanks for taking us along!
@@kcatv9556 definitely a nice area man. That stinks you guys never did find it. I got really furniture. Thanks for tuning in KC!
I’d love to get my Outty 1k up there. Just had an absolute blast doing 56 miles on the atvs with my kids at Magazine yesterday.
@@joekearney it's a good time man. Magazine is fun. Definitely better for kids. We enjoy the overlooks especially up there.
Have to agree with you, even on video, this may be the best trail so far. Love all the creeks!
Its just too good man!!! The creek crossings were aplenty on this trail. More to come. Thanks for checking out the video and being a member!
Very good video however one question how reliable is this brand and that model in particular. I had Yamahas and I had pretty good luck with them to be honest with you I think I spend total of $200 in 7 years and unusual repairs was only the fan bearing. You think I'll be happy with this and how many hours or miles do you expect this thing to last worry free
@@RK777PL thanks! Great question. We too have had great success with Yamaha ATVs, they are proven in the industry, in fact we still run a Kodiak 700 from time to time. The reason I went Can-Am is because of durability. Josh bought one in 2020 brand new. None of us knew anything about them. Here we are almost 3k miles of hardcore abuse later and he still hasn't had a single issue or problem. He has absolutely ABUSED that machine. For that reason, I went Can-Am. Matt went Can-Am back a few years ago and has had the same results, zero problems.
Might consider getting one of those tags for whatever type phone you use and attach to valuables that might get lost in the woods. Not sure how it would work, but it should help in searching for a lost & tagged item. Thanks again for sharing.
I actually just bought 4 of them LOL! But I do believe you need signal to locate it, so probably wont work where we ride unfortunately.
Not Good! "(Expensive) disaster avoided. Thank goodness!" Near heart attack event there Mr. Miller! Nice ride, and even with Josh hopping from bump top to bump top at speed, he didn't wreck requiring a future wake with booze with raunchy songs. ;-) I got my shotgun seat ride in a Can-Am Commander in Montana near the Missoula area (Superior) up in the mountains a week ago. A nice SxS and a good experience. I won't be getting any Side by Side as I'm much too tall to own one and one of the reasons I have my Outlander Max (which I'm very, Very happy with). My shoulder is healing well and think I'll start riding my ATV in August, taking it easy sticking to good Forest Service roads and avoiding rough and rugged trails for the following few months. And I'm looking forward to that! Hang in their Miller's Offroad and I look forward to future interactions between trail conditions ATVs, and you riders!
Hey buddy thanks for tuning in! Yes disaster avoided indeed!!! Josh man, he is something else LOL! Glad to hear your healing up man. Also glad to hear you got to ride shotgun, any time on the trails is time well spent. Thanks for tuning in...
Really like the third person views, great job!!!
Thanks man! Glad you enjoy it. I think in time we can improve that angle!!! Thanks for tuning in!
Fun place! Had a bunch of family down there the last 3 days. Unfortunately I had to work.
Oh man that stinks! Well maybe next time!
The beginning shot with the song 😅
What time of the year is this for you guys?
That was March! Typically things start getting dry, dusty, and too hot in June. Fall is unique. I've ridden in October and it's chili enough for a coat. But I've also camped outside in late November at Macks Pines and wish I was in the air conditioning it was so hot.
@@miillersoffroad Nice, we are coming from Nebraska 3rd week of September.
@@royreinke3868 awesome! Hope you guys have a great ride. Don't be surprised if it's hot and dusty. I hope it won't be!
Thanks for sharing. Have to giggle at the zero drinks next to a bunch of cheese. :)
🤣🤣🤣 we like cheese lol! It offsets lol! Thanks for tuning in.
That was a good run like all the creek crossings. Josh doesn’t say hi to his parents? LOL Looked like quite a bit of work getting back up out of there with all of the down trees. Thanks for taking us along, buddy!
Josh just cold blooded I guess LOL! Yeah several downed trees in the area for sure. Thanks for tuning in KC.
Click bait
Just watching this, sure doesn’t look like mill creek Kinda looks like Herrods creek
We just reference the areas in general. When we ride the Mack's Pines area it doesn't necessarily mean we're riding Moccasin Gap trails or Illinois Bayou. It's the general area. If we labeled the video "Herrods Creek trail ride" most folks probably wouldn't know where in Arkansas we were riding.
What app are you using to navigate the trails?
Gaia. We have full tutorials in our members only area how we use it.
That looks very similar to Spirit's Creek trail off Shores Lake Road.
Are you referring to the Mount Magazine area?
@@miillersoffroad No, the area I'm referencing is along the Mulberry River near Shores Lake. It's off of Shores Lake road probably five miles from Turners Bend off 23. It's been a while since I've been down it.
@@c.s.3746 Ok I know where you're talking about now. This is not that trail. No where near it actually.
Like the videos, guys. Do you think you guys will ever transition into sxss'?
I definitely wouldn't rule out SXS's but we're pretty locked in on ATVs. It's all we've ever known and we like so many aspects about them so much better. Pros & Cons to both we realize. Maybe when we're too old to ride quads 🤣
@@miillersoffroad My wife and I have been riding atvs for a lot of years, and they definitely have their place. We typically ride together now, and the security of the cage is just a given for us. You guys look like you have a lot of fun, and that's awesome.
@@c.s.3746 man that's one of the huge perks. Having that cage and being able to ride together.
Did you get a new helmet also? Looks new. If new show us what brand and model?
I have had it for a few months now. Man your asking me this question months later. I have no idea what model it is but i know the brand is Fly Racing. Its quite comfortable!
There are good restaurants in Morrilton they are just not chain restaurants. Morrilton is in a wet county where Conway and Russellville are dry.
Only a few hotels though, and not great. Many more options in Russellville. We don't typically ride and drink on the trails, so being a dry county doesn't bother us. We grab a beer at chilli's in Russellville after a day of riding. Not an issue.
@@miillersoffroad Gotcha. Only one newer motel, the others are old.
We have an 850 Outlander 2020 like Josh's and this past weekend we rode Mocassin Gap and that 850 bottomed out quite often. Looks like the shocks are no longer working properly. Josh might have this issue now or coming to him soon. I ordered some Elka Stage 3's for the 850. I won't get them until late July. I will let you know how they ride. Also I had just purchased a 2024 XMR 1000 and rode it for the first time this past weekend. It was awesome and I loved the longer wheelbase (except when you have to turn around on the trail). SD Card issues with GoPro so no footage.
Josh's isn't bottoming out horribly but he's definitely due for an upgrade! Please let us know how you like the Elkas, we have heard nothing but good things. Stinks you won't get them for so long but it's so dang hot right now anyways what difference does it make lol! Also interesting about the XMR, congrats on that purchase!
What very nice pastoral bucolic area where you fellas stopped along the river with the small waterfalls half in shade half in sun. Well beyond gorgeous!
Hey buddy thanks for checking out the video. Yes it is such an incredible area. Great trails!!!
Would yall take a follower/fan on one of your not so secret rides? Asking for a friend.....lol
Not so secret? LOL! You will have to explain that one to us. We have discussed doing a members only ride but have not come up with a definite yet. We love that you are a subscriber and honored you would want to ride with us!
Had this on 3 different machines a Suzuki King quad, a canam outlander, and now a cfmoto overland 1000, i must say they are a awesome product,do they fit perfectly,no they dont but they do fit and give excellent protection from rocks
They are our preferred brand of skids!
@@miillersoffroadand worth every penny
What tires do you guys prefer for Ozark terrain? From Oklahoma plan on doing a lot riding in y'all's neck of the woods later this summer and fall. Thanks.
Overall the ITP terra cross tires have been a great performer. They come stock on the big Can-Am outlanders. Long tread life in that terrain and tough side walls. CST Anclas have been a great tire for us as well if you can get them in your size. Josh has Sedona Mud rebels and he's not impressed. Weak sidewall even though they're like 6 ply rated. The rubber compound is too soft, he's showing wear pretty quick.
Like the third person views, could you possibly use a strong magnetic mount to stabilize the camera rather than your current mounting? If hit the magnet 🧲 would break free, hopefully eliminating damage.
That's a great thought, but I'm not sure I could get a magnet strong enough to secure a 36" tall pole. Not a bad idea at all though. I might need to start looking into that.
How long did it take your seals to come in, I ordered a set through the link in your bio. I made the purchase on June the 3rd today is June 22nd and the website says 7 to 10 days shipping. I've tried contacting them through email and on facebook and havnt gotten a single response I've lost almost 100 bucks and no one has gotten back nor have I received any product.
Your the second person that's asked this! Ours took at least a month or more and they were not very responsive but we did eventually get them.
Oh no boys that’s not good. Having a hub come apart on the trailer. Nice run there at Mulberry. It’s funny you guys talking about how steep the trail is, but yet you can’t tell in the video crazy! Thanks for taking so long guys.
Yeah we were stressing there for a minute. Thankfully we found a replacement hub and at least salvaged that day of riding. Yeah man that trail is steep! It's a good one though. Thanks for tuning in buddy
Question how long did it take to get your omc gasket order its almost 2 months and I cant get a hold of anyone called emailed and nothing but there quicker then s**t to take your money
Great question. It took them at least a month or two for mine as well! But as soon as I emailed them, I got an email right back and amazingly my item was shipped out and delivered like 3 days later! Shady company, really nice products. It's a shame.
@@miillersoffroad Ive emailed and called multiple times and nothing tracking # still says not shipped
@@bryans5334 That is messed up! As soon as I emailed them, they responded. Like within 10 minutes for me, and then instantly I got a tracking number and everything.
Can't wait for the full video!
Already released my friend! About a month ago lol

Just found you guys on youtube a couple of months ago. Awesome videos so far! What part of Arkansas are yall from? i noticed in one of your previous videos you were at whataburger in Searcy. I grew up in Heber Springs but now live in Virginia. Arkansas sure has some beautiful country! Keep it up!
Oh man we have a few really good friends in Heber that actually ride with us sometimes 🤣. We're just north of Jonesboro. Glad you found our channel man. Thanks for tuning in!
@@miillersoffroad very cool! Thanks for responding! Enjoy the trails!
Can I make a request that on your trail guides for the members, can you include information about the specific trail as to if a UTV will fit or not? I have a Can am Maverick x3 72" wide ride. I watch your videos, and some make me wonder if I could fit down some or not. I live in Oklahoma and am planning some rides, based off information I see from you guys videos. Maybe could be another part of the Members only area to get trail specific info with the actual trail routes!!! Thanks and Great videos!!!!
Hey that's a great suggestion! Welcome to the members area as well. I will definitely try to mention it in our upcoming videos!
Could of soooo done a water wheelie lol
🤣🤣🤣
Lmao there is never a bad idea
🤣🤣🤣
I enjoy watching you guys because y’all never use foul language but the group we ride with is average 73 years old give us a break lol I have noticed in our group we don’t walk our bikes on sketchy trails so we watch and think you young bucks ain’t much of a rider
Well we appreciate that. We walk our bikes to stay safe sometimes. Remember the trail always looks different in person. You can't really tell just how sketchy it is unless you're there with us. Most guys winch on the trails were walking our machines.
I notice you guys and others riding in Arkansas often have to hit the pavement to get to certain trails. I usually ride with my teenage kids whom none of them have a driver's license yet. Are they pretty strict about ATV use on the hard roads in AR without a DL or street legal kits installed?
That's a great question. We have been riding these trails and have lived here our entire lives. We have never once been pulled over while riding on pavement. Depending on the age of the kids though, I would try my hardest to stay off highway 7 if your riding the moccasin gap area or highway 23 if you're in the Mill Creek area. Those are both winding 2 lane highways with fast traffic and steep drop offs, it would make me nervous to bring young ones personally. No license or street legal kits are necessary. If for some reason you are pulled over, you just have to prove that you're traveling from one legal trail to another legal trail.
@@miillersoffroad Good to know. I am a bit apprehensive about letting my teens drive on those hard roads due to the traffic and potential speeds the motorcycles and muscle cars I see out there all the time like to travel.
@@OHVLife I would feel the same. Here's the thing though, whether your wanting to ride buckhorn, magazine, Moccasin Gap, Brock Creek, or Mill Creek, you don't ever have to really touch pavement. I've done plenty of rides at all of those places and never touched pavement the entire day. The only reason we roll pavement at times is to get to the next trail faster, get back to the parking area faster, or it's just in the loop we've created.
@@miillersoffroad Thats good news then. I can only research the trail systems in Arkansas via YT channels like yours. I am planning to move out there later this summer so hopefully get to run some trails there before Fall. Although I bet Fall is the best time to ride!
@@OHVLife I like fall for the colors. I have rode in the fall and it's been great. But I have also done some riding in the fall when it's incredibly hot and dusty as well which sucks. I've camped outside in late November at macks pines and wish I had an air conditioner the humidity was so bad. But once again, fall has been great at times. Really varies year to year.
Hell yeah. Send it 🤙
Great video, we use the Garmin Montana 700 GPS for riding with the Backroads map chip, you can download various areas with the Birdseye view gives amazing details
Now thats cool! I might have to look into that dude. I love Gaia, but you can never have too much mapping lol!!! Thanks for checking out the video man.
