I feel like it would have been possible that they would've been together if only she didn't have to alter time and change Wang So's fate. But sadly he was just eye candy with a weak heart. Him turning his back on her 3 times and then calling her "that girl" when Wang So said he'd marry her...upset me. I wish we could've also got his reaction to her death. Was it as dramatic as him breaking down when his wife died? Who the heck would've comforted him...he did end up with a child so it is clear he did remarry by ep. 20. So many unanswered questions.

I haven't watched the entire drama yet but I truly believe Wang Wook deserved to be with Hae Soo more than Wang So. Even though So was a misunderstood soul in the drama due to unfortunate circumstances, he didn't have to treat Soo the way he was treated. If I could, I would've written a better version of Scarlet Heart Ryeo.

I honestly never liked wook from the start...the way he lusts for soo while his wife was dying or how he promised to give soo the love he couldn't give his deceased wife (like what the actual fk?!?!?). Hated how spineless he was and he wonders why soo went to so instead. Screw you spineless wook.

If you try to understand Wook you'll see he had no other choice and also he ended up committing treason just because of Hae soo, because he felt pathetic for not being powerful enough to save her so he wanted a bit more power, he never wanted to turn away from her, he had a mother and a sister who could have died by just his one mistake and one wrong move, he was helpless and I do not blame him, even on his last days he didn't forget Hae soo, he was just trying to survive and Hae soo herself said "what's so wrong in wanting to live?" He needed someone who could understand him, I guess Hae soo just couldn't understand his pain, she wasn't the only one suffering and vulnerable, she should've held onto him a bit stronger and a bit longer, Love is all about understanding and sacrificing which I don't think Hae soo ever understood.....I have a very big soft corner for Wook because he was just trying to survive because Palace was a place where either you k!ll or you d!e...Wook wasn't a bad person!

Honestly, i only continue to watch that scarlet heart is because of the love story of hae Soo And prince Wook. Who deserves justice.

Tbh I never liked this couple even from the beginning. Think rationally like Go Hajin from 21st century lives in a life where 1 person only can date only 1 person and having another is considered as cheating and she witnessed and was a victim when her bf cheated on her with her bsf. In Goryeo Dynasty she's doing the same thing with her cousin sister (even though it's unintentionally and it's just she grew feelings for him without even knowing) who considered her as her own child and Haesoo still hurted her cousin sister. I'm glad they didn't end up together though.

2022 and this is still my fav k drama, I can watch it more than once and it will still feel like the first, this is also the k drama that broke my heart 😭😭

Everyone seems to forget that the person that was holding the scissors infront this relationship was Wooks sister, yeonhwa. She is the snake that brainwashed him into turning against Soo. But even then WOOK was too smart to let his little sister control him like that!! I had faith in this relationship but damn it, ig it is what it is 😢

I originally fell in love with the main leads when I first watched this. But after watching Kang Ha Neul in other dramas, I cannot but fall for him to be honest. I want to rewatch this in that angle.

I love how IU transform herself into mature person from the playful person .She is truly a versatile actor in k-drama.I really love wook and hae soo pair a lot but the moment he turn his back on her it was just couldn’t bear the pain…I really cried my heart out for them not being together…but till the end of drama they showed the love that wook has for hae soo didn’t decrease at all.I really want a season 2 of this drama…😢😭❤️
