John Deere 625 MOCO Mower small repair
มุมมอง 8592 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this video we had an issue with our MOCO (specifically our Gearbox Input shaft) it was loose! now during this video your loose input shaft may call for more SHIMS. something to note, some shims were not put back in due to the tightness of the reconfigured shaft. Also, after the instructional portion we threw in some air shots and footage.

thanks for the info, how many hours were on your 5100?
@@kellywinters-l9t no problem. At that time we had approximately 1470hrs
@@RockyOaksFarmTN hmm, not that many hours for a pricy tractor, ive got one with a cab has 750hours, have you had any other major issues with it?
@@kellywinters-l9t no other issues so far
Thank you so much for this video. You saved my tail. GOD bless!!
The switch is the same on a Gator and cost $18 on Ebay
My 5101E doing this, when weather is cool like mid 40’s or less. It always takes off after it warms up for 5 to 10 minutes. I’m going to check it out, might just be corroded connection.
Very in depth video without excessive explanation! Great video. Thanks!
You just fixed my tractor! Back to cutting hay!
Thanks!!!!!
@@mitchelloglesby8852 Hey, that's absolutely great and love to hear it!
Ain’t no one watching other than other hillbillies. City slickers don’t know anything about hay!
The platform gear case should take Hy-Gard. It only holds about 2 quarts of fluid.
Beautiful
Looking good be safe
Is it sped up or does it really mow that fast
It does mow really fast, but I believe the drone footage and camera angles are maybe causing it to look faster. It's not been sped up.
Very interesting video. I have a question: i m interested in the problems that could happen with the round baler during the baling season with focus on the idler sprocket? How often do you change them? What is the main cause of idler sprocket failure? Thanks🙂
Sometimes there’s two Allen screws stacked on each other on some Baylor there’s three bolts pull the flange off. You have to unscrew them in and screw them in the other holes to pull the sprocket off.
If a bearing ever gets loose and walks into the flange plate, it pays to put new flange plates on and bearing
The year of the Baylor is stamped on the front, and then have replaced bearings and sprockets on my baiters. Warren sprockets will eat a chain up. It pays to change them.
