The Saticons were my favorite LIS baddies. The shot of them approaching the spaceship thru the viewport scared me when I was young. I thought that this wasn’t a bad episode considering what we’ve been through this season!! Bill Mumy once told me he thought the episode with Admiral Zark (Mr Spindle Legs!!!) was the worst episode ever. Stay well!!! FT

Bill Mumy despises this one and June Lockhart said it was her FAVORITE,. For me--I can not get enough of Dr Smith talking as a stalk of celery..it is enchantment and he looks very lovely in green. It;s far from the "worst" episode..you can debate if that is Day at The Zoo, Girl From Green Dimension or Space Vikings.

They should install a few of those sonic cannons on the Seaview and one on the flying sub. Not sure how well that sonic cannon would work under water but attached to the flying sub once its airborne seems like it should work pretty well as a weapon..

Sometimes it isn't the big things that bother me, like the big coincidence needed to create a plot where David and Jack cross paths like this. No, I can deal with that. I can even deal with the outside scenes that purport to be in Las Vegas with trees and greenery. I live in Las Vegas. The only place you'll find that is on a golf course. The little things that bother me are the lack of attention to detail. We have all kinds of airport scenes, with some dressed as flight attendants or pilots. While a few people at the check-in counter had something resembling luggage, almost nobody did in the subsequent scenes located at the airport. Personally, I'd make a dozen copies of the evidence and use the US Post to mail them out to a half dozen places, including Jack's home address, the offices of the National Register, to general delivery of Jack's post office, and a mess of remailer services. I'd send a few copies by UPS as well. Any originals I'd need would go straight into a safety deposit box. Jack has had a few close encounters with the Hulk now, and should realize the Hulk is something of an extreme manifestation of an adrenaline rush. When he transforms, it's flight-or-fight, and the Hulk opts for fight. Once it's out of his system, the effect reverses. The ripped clothing is a pretty big clue that the Hulk isn't a full time thing, like Bigfoot. The real questions is if the facts are going to get in the way of his narrative. The Hulk has no issues kicking the ass of bad guys, and doesn't blink at property damage. The Hulk even seems to recognize Jack, maybe as a person he doesn't like, but he wouldn't harm him any more than Megan Markle would slap those in-laws she has breathtaking issues with.

i agree, this was an important step in the relationship between jack and the hulk. from killer monster to possible victim of banners work. he's still wrong on the details, but getting closer...
