Your feet may be numb , but it may have more to do with the clip ons and horizontal leg position. I do not have MS , but my feet go numb eventually , because the clip ons on brace a small part of mu=y foot, I suggest u transition from clip ons to extra wide peddles ,that give your feet more surface to rest on... your not the only trike rider to experience numb feet , as there are many of us , I changed and now my feet do not go numb ,try it. u CAN GET LEGNTH TYPE PEDDLES ,already invented , check your nearby shop ....garenteed to improve , no more numbness ,

I collect games too, and im always sympathetic to golks that have basement gamerooms. Hauling games up and down stairs sucks.

Well, I have beaten MAC Disease, now had the Whiffel Surgery and 3 months in the Hospital and almost a year of Chemotherapy for Pancreatic Cancer and I MADE IT! 74 years old So hang in there and enjoy life.

Positive energy to you, keep on riding and don’t give in to MS. How fast is a trike? Mostly depends on the rider. Type of trike also influences speed. For me on my Catrike Dumont I can cruise all day around 17, 18 mph. I can push it to 30 mph, for a short sprint. To me, riding a trike takes about the same effect as riding a mountain bike with street tires. On a Catrike 700, their racing trike, I clocked out at 32.8mph, it’s a lot of fun but it’s also a harsh ride. I much prefer the Dumont with its full suspension, is much easier on my body. (Sorry I sound like a commercial, but I really really like this trike. Age and old injuries coming back to haunt me put me off biking. This trike gave me back the joy of riding without pain.) One more thing 23mph is a respectable speed, well done.

Bravo! Keep ride! This is precisely what recumbents were designed for to keep people riding and exercising who otherwise couldn't. Stop worrying about how fast you're moving and just enjoy the feeling. Ride safe.

I too struggled with MS.. Ms as you kno, is when the melanin sheath (the electrical insulators on the brain nerves breaks down causing short). I started using CamelinaGold Oil, after they researched at UofIdaho and UofWashington, they discovered it has a 2:1 ratio of Oleic:Erucic acid.. that halts the demyelination of the nerves in the brain, And it did something they didn't expect, it mimicked the Myelin sheath. molecular mimicry. Before i started, i had 4 @ 6mm lesions on the brain, and a lot of sheath breakdown.. a year of use and the MRI and the lumbar puncture revealed that my lesions were completely gone and the sheath and no sign of protein in the spinal fluid. "Appeared to be repairing it's self" doctors could not explain it and had no interest in pursuing this as treatment or the bigC word. LOL... as an adult 150lbs, i took 2 tbsp each day for a year.based on the studies. I now only take 1 tbsp a month to maintain.. I had to call and ask for the research teams researchiing camelina oil for MS... The results are not yet available for search on the internet.. You have to call.. I too ride a recumbent for exercise.. :)

My husband and I don’t have that much medication but we both have diseases too. I have MS and he’s a double organ transplant patient from having CKD and type 1 diabetes for 37 years. I just got dx with RMS two months ago, and I think you’re the absolute best channel I’ve found cause you’re so positive and sweet ❤Like I really wanna meet and know you! 😅

Love your video! I made the scene you saw at the beginning that you couldn't figure out, it's based on the classic French children's book The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupery and inspired by the visuals of the Netflix Little Prince movie too 😊 (we used the music from the movie as well, it's a cute adaptation) It's an older book but it's really good and if I remember right it still holds the record for being the children's book that has been translated into the most languages in the world.

I just wanted to say I am so inspired by your attitude! I really needed this. I was just diagnosed with RRMS in June. I am going to be taking my first kesimpta shot on Friday & I'm really nervous because I also struggle with side effects for any meds I've taken for anything really. I don’t see, with videos about recumbent trikes, large, tall, highly visible flags. I’m concerned about that for safety. I don’t see if there’s any possible way to take the trike on a train, either Amtrak or urban. Can the trike be folded and placed in a box to go on a train as baggage?
