​@@recaidomarvintv bugs sya sa update ni microsoft. as you said naka network printer kyo. ang ginagawa lang namin is uninstall yung latest upadates then gagana na uli.. ang problema lang if yung computer na nag act as printserver ang nakakuha ng update lahat di na mkakaprint or mkaka connect sa shared printer. actually madami na din links about dyan sa issue ng SMB issue due to updates KB5005565: This update can break some USB printer shares. @@recaidomarvintv actually wala naman password yung shared printer namin ino off ko yun kasi tuwing restart ng mga computer sa umaga nagtatanng uli yung computer ng authentication .hindi naman pwde na tuwing umaga i enter namin yug administrator password ng dahil lang sa shared printer, but the real issue is may password man or wala yung sharing,, pag nag update sya dun sa isang specific update like yung KB5005565 mag block sya sa SMB tlaga.

@@jaiwat hi... It depends on your camera model.. if your camera has a built-in mic you can enable it... Just access you camera GUI then go to setting audio

@ I have Hilook cameras with inbuilt microphones. They are the same as hikvision. I'm currently trying different audio encoding settings in the camera by connecting it directly to my laptop. By GUl do you mean the NVR?

@jaiwat GUI of camera it self.. just access the IP address or your camera.. not the NVR ...

@ yep that’s what Ive been trying. It’s activated to be video and audio recording. But on the NVR it still shows as muted 🔇
