For some reason the camera work on this one is more stable than the video of the one-bedroom unit. First time I've ever seen a bathtub in the middle of a bedroom, with no walls, dividers, or waterproof flooring. Is that not finished? Or is that a new trend in Europe? It's so strange to me.

Nice place. I agree with the other comment here -- your camera guy needs to use a gimble or use image stabilization. And he needs to stop spinning around -- pan around slowly instead. This video was not as fast and jerky as the Calabria property video from a year ago, but it's still too janky to get a good look at things without playing the video at half speed.

Excellent content! A suggestion to enhance your videos even further would be to use a gimble or a camera with image stabilization technology to minimize shaking. Additionally, incorporating some point-of-view shots would add an immersive touch to your videos. Keep up the great work!

I’m truly sad. Such a beautiful location and property being filmed and presented in such an unskilled, erratic, and difficult to watch video. This agent is either careless or clueless, but either way, is very unprofessional to advertise properties in this fashion.

Nice apartment but it needs a complete gut renovation, especially that outdated bathroom. And that furniture is awful. If you are serious about selling this property, it would have been well worth the effort to have removed all of the furniture and brought in everything new. We call that staging here in the United States. And it's how you get offers and buyers. Still, it has great potential. 👍

I looked at your website and obviously you are a professional. I am therefore somewhat nonplussed at the video quality showcasing this apartment. I can only assume that you did not film this. So some gentle suggestions for whoever did. When filming exterior shots if you don't possess a gimbal, stand still and take the shot, slowly pan if desired. For interior shots stand in the corner of a room and SLOWLY pan around the 3 corners. Do not show closeups of personal items and things like sinks. Spend time on the kitchen and show views from the windows. Don't carry the camera upstairs showing the treads, instead make a long still shot of the staircase. I lived in Vicenza for several years and now that I'm nearing retirement I'm considering moving from FL to central Italy. I will peruse some of your properties to get a feeling for what you are listing, thanks and have a good day!
