Why is there H&C announcements in the backround?

I had a similar thing in Euston so I said bugger it I'll pay for the replacement gave londoncouncils.gov.uk my address details in which after payment on the last Friday of November it took them over a week to clarify my address so now they're saying from the email that I received at stupid o'clock this morning I have to wait for up to 10 working days to get my replacement freedom pass.

they're cool but i absolutely hate the position of car stop markers on c2c. just place them near the exit, not difficult. in fact, at barking platform 8, there is an overground car stop marker in a good position, but the 4-8 car stop marker is located so far down, and i like to say im fine with walking down the platform, but it's just so long and annoying. applies at every c2c station in london, in one direction only
