great mixing lady these tunes are way better than that freeform crap ,,,,hard house suits you girl keep it up

They are turntables, you play the vinyls and you cue one record in one ear and you blend the two together using the cross fader on the mixer. you have to get the two records at the same BPM (beats per minute) first by using the pitch control on the side of the turntables. check out videos such as how to mix, or even type in elaskins - he is a brilliant dj tutor and you will be able to watch videos on how to mix scratch etc

the mixer is a numark dxm 06 it also has effects on it such as flanger phaser filter echo. i have been mixing properly a year now although had decks for longer, im hoping to get some cdjs soon and larning to scratch, i will start producing once im happy with my dj skills :)

that wasnt alot tbh £400 for both decks and mixer, i know have technic 1210s which are much better and i picked up for 300 second hand

yes they are tbh there not bad for cheap decks but i now have technic 1210s and there is sooo much difference. the direct drive in the kool sound is better than most other cheaper decks ive played on though. you dont have to push to hard before it comes to a stop, it doesnt instantly start when you let go though there is a slight delay, they were good decks to start with, but they do wear out quickly in turms of progressing with your mixing. got rid of these months ago now.
